The system automatically checks every name you enter as a prospect against OFAC’s SDN list (the terrorist list). If it finds a hit, then this screen will pop up. Frazer will continue to check your existing customers in case one is added to the list after the original sale.

You can also review the list manually using this screen. Frazer automatically updates your list every three months. You can update even more often just by clicking on the “File last updated” button.

For the ultra curious, you can review this screen to see why somebody is on the terrorist list.

Frazer will let you know when you need to file form 8300. Click the print button and automatically get 1) Filing instructions, 2) the required notification letter for your customer and 3) Form 8300 itself!

You can even print a report letting you know who you need to file a form 8300 for.
