Four convenient buttons (Enter Vehicles, Enter Sales, Customer Activity, Forms Printing) offer one click access to the most used portions of the Frazer system.

The Vehicles menu provides access to the Vehicle File, Added Costs, Floor Planning Companies, Vendors, Buyers, Vehicle Types, and allows you to print a Buyer's Guide for any vehicle in your inventory.

The Sales menu lets you Enter Sales, Print Payment Coupons for buy here pay here deals, print the Amortization Schedule for your deals, evaluate profitability with the Sale Recap, maintain Lien Holders, Calculate Commissions, Add Pre-Existing Customers, access the OFAC's SDN (terrorist) List, manage your Salespeople, and more.

The Customers menu gives you access to the Customer Activity screen, lets you print Letters & Labels for your customers, and provides a Sales of Receivables tool to sell your paper to a finance company. You can also Generate Late Fees and Report to a Credit Bureau.

The Accounting menu lets you Post transactions to the General Ledger, Change or Delete Previous Postings, and you can manage your Chart of Accounts and Journals.

Frazer's Reporting menu provides information to help you analyze your business performance on Vehicle Inventory, Sales Reporting, Customer Reporting and Accounting.

Your Frazer Accounting reports will let you see a Financial Statement, G/L Listings for all your accounts, and a Complete Transaction Listing for each customer.

The Miscellaneous menu gives you access to your System Options, Life & Disability Rates, Password System, Audit File Reporting, Miscellaneous Receipts, Change Seller's Name on Receipts. It also allows you to Export Data and access your Pulled Credit Reports.

The Help menu lets you access your Help Manual, Video Tutorials, and provides Frazer's Contact Information as well as a File Manager utility.
